What an incredible place! I chose to get my ‘DIY’ wedding flowers from the lovely Helen at Suffolk Meadow, and I can’t thank her enough for making the experience so special. I spent a glorious morning the day before the wedding picking flowers in the meadow (such a relaxing and calming experience before the big day, highly recommended!) and came away with gorgeous bouquets, button holes and table decorations – they were honestly better than anything I could have imagined. Helen was so knowledgeable, and provided just the right level of assistance – letting me create, and stepping in with advice and suggestions when needed.
I’m fortunate that Helen sells her beautiful and locally grown bouquets of flowers at my local farmers market – at Wyken vineyard. Throughout the majority of the year, there is always a diverse range of varieties and colours to choose from. I’ve bought two bouquets for family/friends, with very different tastes, and they were very well received (and from my perspective more cost effective than buying from many of the florists in the area, many of whom don’t have such amazing smelling flowers). My only regret is that I haven’t been able to visit the meadow yet and pick my own.
Wedding flowers for my big day. Had the most amazing morning the day prior to my wedding picking Helen’s beautful, seasonal home grown flowers (with classical music playing). Just what every brides needs in the stressful weeks leading up to a wedding. So many compliments on the incredible wild flowers displays- cannot recommend Suffolk Meadow Flowers enough!
I have just collected the most beautiful bouquet for a 50th birthday gift for a friend.
Despite it being late in the season, Helen has put together a stunning selection of flowers that smell divine too!
I was lucky enough to receive a huge bouquet a few months ago myself, & was amazed at the selection of flowers in it, I don’t think I’ve ever seen as many different types of flowers in one bouquet before!

I had the best experience with Helen at the Meadow Farm. We have not been before and Helen put us at ease very quickly and helped explained what flowers would work best in jam jars for table decoration and in my bridal bouquet.
I love my bouquet to bits – it was such a therapeutic experience and we are already planning our next excursion for some flowers for the room 🙂
I have bought flowers from Helen a number of times when shopping at Wyken Vineyard market. Sometimes for Mum, sometimes for the wife. Without exception, they have lasted really well and there is always a good variety of in-season flowers….. lots of unusual ones too. This week it was one bouquet for the wife and another for a good friend.
Helen is a fountain of knowledge and really cares for what she does and gives lots of tips to look after your purchases. I have even selected and arranged my own flowers on the stall. Give it a go…. if I can do it then anyone can !
A highly recommended visit to treat a loved one, or even brighten your own day.

Had so much fun picking flowers at the meadow. Such an amazing selection and it’s so great to know everything in my bouquet is grown locally. A really great experience and more special than just receiving a bouquet!
Helen is absolutely fantastic! We were looking for some sustainable flowers for my niece’s 18th party and Helen surpassed our expectations! So easy to deal with and really helpful with what types of flowers were in/out of season, collection was so easy and lovely, with lots of help on how to transport them home safely. Amazingly all the flowers are grown by Helen in her garden! Will definitely be using again, thank you so much!

I spent a lovely relaxing morning the day before the wedding, with my Mum and bridesmaid at the meadow with Helen. Picking and arranging bouquets, jam jars, button holes and milk churns full of beautiful flowers!
We then fit them all into our little hatchback for the journey to the venue (we managed!). It was so lovely to have all the wedding flowers picked and arranged (with a large bucketload of help from Helen) by us, it really made the day feel even more personal.
Helen also talked me through which flowers I could dry to keep as mementos which I have done – meaning I now have a home full of wedding memories 😊.
