For Flowers, each stem of flower will have been picked in peak condition each stem will have been conditioned for your bouquet and whilst plants and flowers are natural products sometimes a flower will go over, it is very unlikely a whole bouquet will die.  I advise that cut flowers should be kept out of sunlight and away from central heating and Aga’s and not left outside in the elements of wind and rain and cold.  That the water be changed regularly and the stems trimmed to get the maximum life from your bouquet.  If you are not satisfied with your bouquet you need to contact me within 2 days of receiving it to return for replacement, however if you have pick these yourself, replacement will not be available.
